manual stretching when you’re hard or soft?

i’ve been doing my stretches when i’m soft but was just thinking maybe they would work better when i’m hard and has the most tension. does one work better than the other?

what is the confirmed best manual stretching technique

Just wondering, since i've heard of multiple methods that are recommended.
The two i've heard are just stretching for 10 minutes at a time, multiple times a day and stretching 1 minute intervals for 10 minutes twice a day. I'm looking to do the best method.

Manual stretching techniques needed for naturally uneven lobes

Hey there. Quick question for you pro ear stretchers.
I'm not stretching to insert jewelry, I was born with one ear lobe 1/4 of an inch smaller than the other. So, respectfully, I dont want to poke any holes in my ears and use traditional weight systems but I still want to gradually stretch that smaller lobe just a little bit to even them out.
I have read that the best time to stretch/pull on the lobe is after a hot shower. I plan on very gently and evenly pulling that lobe until it just starts to hurt and holding it for a bit, and plan on doing that every day until they are even. Not sure how to use jojoba oil, but I bought some and am ready to use it if you suggest that as well.
Any thoughts on how to manually stretch/pull the ear without weights to even out that 1/4 inch dwarf lobe?
Looking for people with positive, can do attitudes. Please save your breath if you're just gonna say dont worry about the unevenness!

Unpleasant feelings in my body when i manual stretch

Is there a device that you can use to manually stretch/squash the picture for a TV?

So, I have a PAL SNES, and PAL SNES games are often stretched wider than they are in NTSC due to a difference in scan lines (to do with old CRT’s).
Because of this, a majority of games are letterboxed so much that they are effectively stretched to widescreen, making the image look very different to how it’s supposed to.
So, I asked about this on SNES and supposedly such a device doesn’t exist/could never exist, but I thought it best to ask here too. Essentially what I’m looking for is a simple external device that can take an image signal and allow the user to squash/stretch it to their hearts desire, like some TV’s can do but with more freedom/control.

Anyone else doing manual stretches with their decice?

This quarantine has given me plenty of time to dedicate myself to foreskin restoration and has given me the opportunity to think about how I can get more stretching in.
I use a DTR and only recently have I learned to use it as a dual tension device with either rubber bands or screws while having it on as a tugger.
I have been sitting around the house and I personally don't like doing manual method because it just feels like too much effort until today.
I realized I can simulate manual method woth my tugger by just using my hands to pull on it or use the push plate with my hands to really push the tension.
It's also great for pulling it away from your body and pulling your scrotum in the opposite direction.
Feels easisr than normally manual because i don't have to keep regripping or anything.
Probably not a revolutionary idea but damn does it make manual methods easier.
Once I'm done with manual I go right back to wearing it on dual tension. Anyone else do this?

Is there a way to manually stretch a trace image rather than scale?

Somehow, I have no idea how, the image that I'm using to trace the map I'm making is off. Scaling the image doesn't work, it might look good on one place but looking just a few inches away it's off on another. What I want to do is to take the tracer image and rather than scale it, grab one side and just make it wider or taller because it feels like that's what somehow happened to make things off.
Is it possible or no? Otherwise I have to manual move the tracer image constantly to make sure I have the features and land right.

Possible To Stretch Pinhole Manually?

Is it possible for me to stretch manually by grasping the end of my foreskin and pulling in opposite directions instead of using something like Q-Tips? Can I solve my pinhole phimosis by just manual stretching? I ask this because I'am unable to obtain any Q-Tips or creams.

7 years of knowing I’ve had phimosis, can this be cured?

I’m 27, I first realised I had phimosis when I was 20. I’d say either through some stretching, through sex or masturbation or maybe manually I can’t remember, I somehow managed to retract the foreskin pretty quickly. (Once I realised it was supposed to retract) I then would do this every so often when I was in the bath, in the shower sometimes etc. Possibly After some manual stretching the skin got really dry and flaky, there were some small cuts as well. For some reason I thought this was due to having too hot showers or a change in weather, either way I waited and it healed up but every so often over the past 7 years I’d have some tiny cuts perhaps from sex or more likely masturbating too hard. Some days it would seem easier than others, it never got stuck (paraphimosis) but would sometimes get stuck and if I retracted and then got erect it would be quite painful due to stretching. The reason I’ve not really consistently persevere with stretching is because it’s not really a big problem, partners never noticed or commented, sex was never painful. However during lockdown I decided I’d try and cure it properly. So I got phimocure rings and have been having success with them working up to about ring 7 out of 20, I’ve been doing occasional manual stretching and using hydrocortisone 1% cream / ointment (don’t know if it matters, but I have both and use the both), also been using e 45 cream and coconut oil as well as other non fragranced moisturisers. First time I used the ring cuts appeared so I waited a week, since then progress has been good and I’ll wear a ring that feels not too big for hours at a time. People say this is too long but I’m barely feeling anything and if I’ve got coconut oil on the ring and moving a lot it will fall out so I assumed this would be ok. Anyway the next day my foreskin is now back to being really tight, I can no longer retract when flaccid. The phimotic ring feels a little sore when stretched with fingers even gently, and pulling back stings a little. I will wait a few days before proceeding, but continue to moisturise. I also somtimes use canesten. My fear is that years ago the cuts and flaky skin were actually a yeast infection which I never treated but it went away on its own, and now I have scar tissue which may be impossible to stretch. I do not want or need to get circumcised . Any advice would be appreciated. Should I just wait it out, then proceed with smaller ring sizes for less time? Why did the foreskin suddenly tighten up when I was barely putting any pressure on it and using plenty of cream? Thanks!

Phimocure: How I went from ring 3 to ring 8 in 2 months after 4 years of failed attempts! (And can finally retract full when flacid)

hi all,
I am a bit excited after recently non-painfully pulling my foreskin back and fully exposing my head for the first time and figured it would be a good idea to share my technique and experience.
tl;dr: Put a ring in that doesn't 'stretch' or give you any pain when putting it in, and leave it in almost 24/7 (taking it out to stretch your frenulum when showering and to clean the rings occasionally). Do this for about a week or two before going up in size.
I'm 30 years old, learned about phimosis around 24, tried manual stretching, using things like my finger or a pen. Eventually bought a phimocure kit at 26 and made multiple attempts to use it. My foreskin opening was about the size of a pen (in phimocure kit sizes, if ring 1 is the smallest ring, then I was about a ring 2 or ring 3). I know it's not the worst case, but like most people, I was super self conscious about it once I learned of it. I am fortunate to have a girlfriend who has never commented on it, but occasionally having sex would be uncomfortable because it stretched too far causing a tiny cut which made everything painful. I figured I need to do something, so...
What I tried that didn't work:
- As mentioned I initially tried stretching using random objects such as pens, q-tips, straws etc. The problem with those was that I either a) couldn't keep them in for that long because...well, ever tried walking around with a pen coming out of your dick? or b) they weren't providing any feeling of a stretch.
- Once I got the Phimocure kit, I tried the recommended method. So, I would put in a ring that felt like it was giving a stretch for about 30 minutes at a time, 3-4 times a day, and then apply the provided cream. This method I had been trying on and off for the most part of the last 3-4 years. The issues I'd run into:
What I tried that did work!:
Earlier in the year, I read on a post on here about someone who just left the rings in all night. I initially brushed it off, as my previous experience with this usually meant that, because I was always going a ring too big, the skin wouldn't recover from over stretching and I'd spent 20 minutes psyching myself up to deal with the pain of removing the ring.
But then I saw a post of someone saying to try and put a ring in that doesn't really stretch, and to leave it in almost all day and night. I didn't really understand the point of using a ring that isn't "stretching", but at this point, what have I got to lose. So, I put a ring in, ring 3 in my case. The ring in this case I was able to very easily put in and pull out with a bit of effort, and wouldn't slip out on it's own. There was no 'stretching' or painful feeling. And I just left that in all day and all night (took it out to clean occasionally or if with my girlfriend getting intimate, or when I showered, and did 5 minutes of frenulum stretching).
I would leave this in for about a week. Eventually, what would happen is that the ring would just slip out! This was interesting to me, because a few days prior, it still took a bit of a tug or folding to remove. (Side note: Be careful, one time it slipped into the toilet and I had to fish it out!). I made sure to try and keep it in for an extra day or two just to make sure that the ring was at it's use limit before moving a size up.
When moving a size up, I didn't want to risk over stretching again, so I would sleep with ring 3, and then during the day, switch between ring 3 and ring 4. I' would do that for a day or two before switching to ring 4 all day/night. But not matter what, I made sure there was no significant pain or uncomfortable feeling (see note below regarding larger sizes though).
Using this method has been wonderful for me. I don't have to deal with pain (for the most part, see notes below), and I've been steadily going up a ring size once every 1-1.5 weeks. The ring around the opening looks healthy and sex is no longer nearly as uncomfortable as it used to be.

Help with Phimocure ring

Hello everyone,
I have recently discovered I suffer from Phimosis, and have decided to take steps in order to fix it. I am not interested in circumcision unless it’s my only option. I have opted instead to try and stretch the foreskin out. I started with manual stretching and have now bought phimocure rings.
The manual stretching started a few months ago, and I have been using the phimocure kit for three weeks now, but I have seen only a slight bit of improvement. I’m still in the same ring, and even though I know this is a long process, I’d like to know how long it usually takes to advance go another ring. I’m currently on ring number eight and I have been using it since I got the kit around 23 days ago. Is this taking longer than usual? I have tried ring number 9, but the foreskin simply won’t envelop it, instead just pushing it away.
I can stretch my foreskin comfortably to around just after the meatus, but it turns into a rather painful bottleneck around halfway to the thickest part of the head.

Forcibly stretching a child and the time I saw these idiots in person...

Two summers ago my daughter's competitive dance team flew from Denver to Anaheim for a national dance competition. We aren't super competitive, it was mostly for the fun of the experience- and so we could go to the beach and Universal.
Anyway on solo day of the competiton I saw a woman literally pressing her entire bodyweight on a small child (who looked barely older than a toddler!) to "help" stretch her. I watched as she manually stretched this poor child who did not look comfortable. I nudged some of my dance mom friends to check out this goings on and my friend who is also a dance teacher was aghast and my other friend was like "omg that's everleigh from youtube!" I had no idea what that meant and only went down the rabbit hole of these crazy people later. I saw online that sav's mom said she would stretch everleigh as an infant! What in the actual fuck?!
Anyway at the competition everleigh got like 2nd or 3rd which was honestly great because she was so young but she burst into tears on stage and had a fit. I'm sure she's under tremendous pressure so I didn't blame her a bit. I'm still disturbed years later about seeing her be stretched like that. Everleigh is an incredibly talented kid but her body is going to be wrecked by the time she's a teen if she's not cared for better. And don't get me started on the choreo she's given!

Holy shit I've done it!!!! (inspiration)

I can't believe it. I've been stretching every night since March and successfully gone from type 3 when flaccid to full retraction when erect.
I bought phimocure rings at the start of lockdown which initially helped me a good bit (using them one hour every evening), but after about 1/1.5 months I started to plateau and decided to start manual stretching instead. I wish I did so sooner as I was seeing progress much quicker with the manual stretching.
Since about June I've been consistently manually stretching for twenty minutes every night before going to sleep, with the help of some coconut oil. I got full retraction when flaccid pretty quickly, but was always scared to try and retract when erect due to fear of paraphimosis. Tonight however, thanks to an excessive amount of coconut oil (for safety), and a few too many beers (for courage) I finally retracted whilst erect. Rather anticlimactic. I was easily able to pull my foreskin back over the head with no problems.
Only a few weeks ago I almost gave up as my foreskin just seemed impossibly tight when I was erect. I didn't expect only 20 minutes of stretching each night to help so much in such a short period of time.
It's worth noting that about a year ago I went to my doctor to have my phimosis looked at. She immediately recommended circumcision, and booked me a new appointment for two weeks time to have it done (if no major improvement was seen). Safe to say I pretty quickly had that appointment cancelled after finding this subreddit.

How far along am I to being cured?

I'm not sure how serious my phimosis is.
I can pull my foreskin back with somewhat ease in the shower, both when flaccid and when fully erect (fully erect is a bit hard).
I can also easily pull my foreskin back when flaccid when out of the shower, but unable to when fully erect (unless I force it which I shouldn't). I can also feel a tiny bit of pain when getting fully erect and the foreskin is pulled back beforehand.
